• We know what elements are “selling” points, so that your fixes make your house sell faster, at a better price.
• Our Assess & Plan program includes advice and perspectives from our lead contractor, Pavel; our lead broker, Erin; and our lead designer, Tracy.
• We present a plan including timing and costs and discuss with you in detail.
• We can also offer financing options for your Fix2Sell projects.
